14-day returns

Contact GiftPanda within 14 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. For an order delivered in separate shipments, the window starts when the last item arrives. Any extension required by applicable law still applies.

How to request a return

Use our contact form and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers arrange and pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Keep proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. The customer-paid postage rule does not override your rights to a remedy at no cost where required by law.

Refunds and your rights

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Statutory refund deadlines and any required refund of original standard delivery charges apply. This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
