How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs $1.99 USD per order for orders of $20 or less. Shipping is free on orders over $20 USD, for all products and destinations enabled at checkout. No minimum order is required. See our shipping policy.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery to all countries and regions currently available in our checkout. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. We do not currently publish a fixed delivery timeframe. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Choose Track my order from our menu or footer. Enter your order number and checkout email address or phone number, or use your tracking number. No customer account is needed. Tracking becomes available once your order has a tracking number, and updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. For orders delivered in separate shipments, the window starts when the last item arrives. Customers arrange and pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. See our return and refund policy for full details.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Use our contact form and include your order number and a description of the problem. The customer-paid return postage rule does not override your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.

Does email signup create a customer account?
No. The email form in our footer is for GiftPanda news, new finds, and updates. It does not require you to create an account.
